Why anyone would fly BA is beyond me. Much better alterantives available. Flying BA Business class - the pod seat was fine, leg room too. Entrtainment woeful compared to Emirates, laughable. Food was good enough. They refused to hand out Fast Track passes, Smokie gave them verbal then they agreed. That's woeful again. Paying for Biz Class to stand in economy immigration queue's. Fork that.

I'll add - one of the business class lounges at Heathrow was fine - the other a disgrace, not cleaned.
The Aspire lounge in Terminal 5 is better than both.
@smokie - did we use the biz lounge at Dam? I can't remember.

Gonna add - the whole point of biz class is fast track check-in, the lounges, rapid immigration and large baggage allowance.
Some nutters think it's only about the seats on the aircraft, far from it. Emirates Biz Class is great. I usually fly to Swampy five hours early - do the early bird baggage drop, then go chill in the lounge. Everything free, comfy seats, great wifi and a chance to blag loads of pens for my business.
Then have a shower ten minutes before you board. A pleasure.

I'm largely price driven when it comes to biz class long haul.
I'd take Emirates or Qatar over the likes of BA with a £200 surcharge...but not much more I think.

Try to go EVA business class when I can- no such luck this time around. Economy in Ethiad was the best for timing from Myanmar with a stop in BKK. Last time I flew BA was to Bermuda- not bad, but nothing special either.

I do remember you dng that pain in the ass moaning thing, insisting we go shopping and getting dropped at the wrong terminal door. You do my effin head in sometimes.

I flew with Singapore Airlines last time, will be going back to Oz with them next month. The only difference I noticed between them and Thai, who I usually fly with, is the meals are far, far better with Thai.
