It should be the day they receive, but one could also argue, its the day they decide to convert it, sometimes Thai banks sit on forex for a time in an internal holding account taking interest before they change it into THB

Any time I have Tx'd sums of money here, the bank always phones me and asks if I am willing to accept the exchange rate they offer, which as always been better than advertised rates.
