Reword it and we can choose! Not lawyer but you could start with. Treat people as people, they and you have lives outside the forum but a person has a right not to have external issues bought up unless he has given the information himself in the forum, threats are not acceptible whether real or imagined. And if you dont't like this I will have to pound on my keyboard even harder and call you nasty names when it breaks.; Would this be coved by the general maxim of polite, reasonable, and respectful behaviour? Beyond the "preamble", I thought this thread is about a specific point: i.e. threats of litigation. |

I will take this a little further. If you are over sensitive and suffer from a heart condition, pregnant, mentally unstable and are on medication/have a substance dependency, where some comments are likely to cause you palpitations or other health issues then log out and have a break and report. Thinks...should I leave the forum on these grounds?? over sensitive?.... pffft heart condition?... some <ducks> raise my bp a bit.... I'll risk it and stay. Please note Big Mango is under no threat of litigation if I kark it.pregnant?...... do you mind! That is just my love handles. mentally unstable?....Aw rats. Just when I thought I was OK.. OK you lot! Form an orderly queue, in twos by the door, and no pushing, shoving, spitting or gouging... on meds/substances?.... -- ditto -- palpitations? ... I'd put that down to hot flushes. Go easy there, girlie, ffs! You could decimate the membership with these restrictions. I think a lot more than one in 10 would have to leave. |

I get regular questions about bendover.
He's so antagonistic I call him as all smoke no fire.
If he continues along the path of taking legal action against the forum itself, it's staff or any members it's time to zap him.
His half baked comments are just that, half baked small talk imo.

Vieing the posts made by bendover I find the greater majority of them it seems are designed or aimed to antagonize people.Those posts are neither witty nor sarcastic but condescending and patronising. One wonders at times whether bendover is here as ''as agent provectuer or as a simple but malicious troll mischief maker.  |

Making slanderous remarks about family is not on, bringing real life scenarios which some poster who has something on another poster or thinks they have something on another poster is not on, stalking same, bitch fights and vitriol from another place not on. Threatening people not on. If you want to act like a dickhead here then you will not be permitted to be here if it upsets the general flux and good vibes of the forum. Sort things out before you come here and if you have issues don't bother being here. This is a fun place. My take. Tjeez, spoilsport. I got used to being called a hypocritical fascist junta-loving quisling troll who should be ashamed of himself, on another site and (almost) started to like it. Maybe I should really make an appointment with the good doctor on this forum |
