Long answer, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO The scientific answer Negative Mathematically speaking the chance that all sprinklers on all floors work and produce the same volume of water (a volume larger than zero) is approximately approaching zero. The chance this approximation is incorrect is about less than .5%. The last depends on the numerical approximation method choosen.

Hmmm! Most sprinkler systems in tall buildings rely on gravity feed from above, a refillable storage tank at an upper level allows this. So the chances that each sprinkler will produce the same volume of water are 100% and since sprinklers are not mechanical, the likelihood of them all working is at any one time must also be close to 100%.
