What exactly is the problem with overstay?
If they aint a drain on the taxpayer, and are quite happy to be ripped off by their own countrymen, eg working cash in hand in a resto or sweatshop, dont target the overstayer, target those who employ them.

If they aint a drain on the taxpayer, and are quite happy to be ripped off by their own countrymen, eg working cash in hand in a resto or sweatshop, dont target the overstayer, target those who employ them. You may have to target the overstayer to have a lead to those who employ and exploit them. Use common sense on the overstayer and the full force of law on the employers. IMHO. |
