We did a job in a diamond mine at Mt Barnett in the northern Kimberleys in the late eighties.
I came across some paintings which were under a rock overhang, had to lay on your back and look up to see them properly. A geologist told me they were there otherwise I would have driven my grader straight past it without knowing.
Laying under there looking at those paintings gave me a shiver, as I was laying in exactly the same spot the artist would have been in all those years ago.
There is a story for oldie here, an event when I worked on that job, about the guy who was seven foot three inches tall getting stabbed and being rushed to hospital in the middle of the night along the Gibb River road. Later !

So these Abos were happily blowing on their digis in the buff, and eating worms and this big ship pulls up full of white fellas. The first guys to see this ship went running to the Abo chief, come quick look at this, should we eat them now or salt them for the winter? Then some <c**t> in the village says Oh no my son, all humans are the same as us Abos, they all want decent witchty grubs and a fine termite hollowed Digeridoo, we are all one with each other or some other ancient version of PC, lets invite them in and feed and befriend them. Fast frward 50 years and the Abos were rooted... Interesting parallels to modern day life in the civilized world with the newcomers is it not?
Aaaand same thing in South America, aaand same thing in North America aaaand same thing every time PC brigade submits to hostile forces. We will never learn from history will we.
