Polishing my Purdey Gun and stocking up on Prego and tinned pies. I'm ready. Are we going duck hunting ? It was the glorious 12th two days ago and we missed it but we can always play catch up, he's got a head start so five free shots apiece, wheeee. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glorious_Twelfth

Grouse of course. But doubtless, more than a few mindless ducks must also get caught up in the fray and indeed there must be several of them around, not naming names of course! I used to have a Hornby that was similar, sans bridge, sans carriages, sans chimney smoke.....bit similar.

"Perhaps because of the obscure nature of the various lyrics there have been many suggestions for what they mean, particularly the phrase "Pop! goes the weasel", including: that it is a tailor's flat iron, a dead weasel, a hatter's tool, a spinner's weasel used for measuring in spinning, a piece of silver plate, or that 'weasel and stoat' is Cockney rhyming slang for "throat", as in "Get that down yer Weasel" meaning to eat or drink something. An alternative meaning involves pawning one's coat in order to buy food and drink, as "weasel" is rhyming slang for "coat" and "pop" is a slang word for "pawn"."

So whilst the yanks and their allies have been totally obsessed with Gadaffi and Hussein, this mob have been punching out missile after missile. Mimics life . North Korea could never pump out as many missiles as America has. According to the latest report they have been stockpiling since the cold war. It takes 40 minutes to land just 1 nuclear missile anywhere in the world. America would flog north korea in under 1 day.
