^^^, great little boozer and priced to keep the balloon chasers out. Not mentioned, thats an up and coming Thai area, check out some of the house prices, they aint living in some scuzzy 3,000 baht a month condo with no air, trying to eke out a living selling dodgy dvds and muay thai shorts on e-bay. The On Nut beer garden brigade,  . You caught my sly dig. Yes I see about 50/50 middle class Thais to dodgy farangs in there. The food could use an upgrade however. Last time i looked there was a sign outside promoting happy hour all day everyday. Yes it most definitely is an up and coming area with real estate to boot and it seems like a lot of a- set trendy Thai types like to frequent the joint because of it's association with London and the fact that they love the EPL i suppose. RGS, you are right as well about the ON nut area too. Go past it most weeks and Lower Suk prices won't cut it around that part of town, but seems to have people in their most days. p.s. will you two stop gabbing on about my quiet little abode. It's bad enough they are doing road works out on the main road for the next 2 years and people using my soi as a cut through to On nut. Plus all the dickheads taking pictures of Big Ben, black cabs buses and red telephone boxes, without you two encouraging even more riff raff to frequent the area.  |
