Yesterday I was in the tyre shop getting new tyres on my car. While I was sitting in the waiting room an African guy walked in looking for a price. So out they go to look at the guys tyres.
5 minutes later my cars ready and I pay the owner.
Did you see the African guy he asks?
He's an Uber driver and his tyres are bald and the rubber cracked and perished. It shouldn't be on the road. He didn't want to pay for decent tyres.
So what we have is Uber drivers driving you around in cars that aren't roadworthy , risking your life. Uber should be regulated in the same way the Taxi industry is.
I'll just stick to taxis I think.
