Can someone please explain the meanings and differences between sanh and dib?
I get it means raw or uncooked but i still can't understand the difference.

Kow sanh means uncooked rice correct?
So could it also be Kow Dib?

The boards decided not to save my erudite and lengthy post. Briefly "sahn" means milled & polished. "dip" means uncooked. Very similar to "sot", though "dip" is also used for raw meat and (AFAIK) sot is not.

Uh, 50% correct. Dee jai (ดีใจ) means to be glad or happy. However Jai dee (ใจดี) doesn't mean "good luck", but rather means "kind hearted" or "good natured". Perhaps me was thinking of chôokˑdii (โชคดี) which does mean "good luck".
