I won't say "worst beer" for fear of being sued, but what is the most unusual beer you have tried. I had some Rosy Pelican in India once followed by three days on the toilet. Brisbane Bitter was up there.

My partner a few years ago went to Singapore and ordered a beer. He was asked if he wanted a "hot beer". Expecting something unusual, he said "yes". When it arrived it was simply served at room temperature. It was, apparently, pretty bad.

Recently I had just arrived home from work when my mobile rang. "Do you feel like a beer?" Kerry inquired. I replied "Silly bloody question. It is 40 degrees in the shade and I am about to pop an ice cold Kilkenny" "No no wait, I have some lovely boutique beer I want you to try" So wait I did, for about an hour. Kerry finally arrived with some hot chocolate flavored stout, bloody boutique apparently. One mouthful was one too many.

Anything by Miller.
Budweiser.
Coors.
Even American craft beers are average.

I am currently drinking Bavaria lager. Basically it tastes like any other lager. Is there any way of turning a lager into an ale?

I think an ale has barley but no hop and with a lager it's the other way round. Also both are 'finished' when sold. Mind you, you might try to put a bit of 'Thai whisky' in your Bavaria. It shouldn't get worse

That papua new guinea beer with a palm tree on it. Yuck.
Even Thai beers aren't great.
Remember there's no such thing as a bad beer , its just some are better than others.

I dislike a warm beer, but am pragmatic enough to value one above 'no beer'

My grandfathers home made stout was a bit rough.

Any homemade beer is a bit rough. Including my miserable attempts.
