Was chatting with my Dad about Thailand when he started on about the old Bangkok horse races. I think it's a rugby ground now?? Not sure.
He'd go into the toilets , as you do after visiting the bar , and next door to the toilets is the Jockeys rooms.
So from the toilets you can clearly hear the Jockeys , all talking in Thai.
"Next race , horse 4".
"No way!" He thinks.
So out my Dad goes to see the bookies , "all this on horse 4 next race please".
Sure enough , winner!
Back to the toilet.
Next winner.
This continued for the whole day and obviously unaware their conversations could be heard on the otherside of the wall by anyone in the toilets.
