Like yourself I could find shed-loads of judgements that back up my belief but these would be selective in their nature.
There are many cases out there where the perps have gotten more severe sentences for a lot less.
Therefore, can we agree to disagree?

Some months back travelling home from work, sat in the airport and got talking to a guy from the UK who turned out to be a high court judge in the UK and i made similar comments about the punishment not fitting the crime, and his response was dont get me started, its the CPS influenced by the politians to be truthful and he agreed with everything i had said
