Well with some of the recent disapperance of aircraft and accidents who is to say there haven't been any trial runs?

Sucessfu operation, no survivors or traces, blame the sucidial mindset of the pilot or other members of the cockpit crew or even cabin crew staff.

Missiles down aircraft possible a hacking result.

Far fetched maybe, so were the ideas of cars, trains planes etc.
