Been a few years since I last visited that way, due to stay nearby.
Question for those from up that way, are there any decent boozers nearby?
What I dont want, knocking shops, backpacker vegan joints, digital pikey places, skint pensioner joints.
Anyone familiar with the Kiwi in Bkk will know exactly what I want.
Am I wasting my time and should I book accomodation elsewhere?

As a digression, how is the fishing in the area, good bait available and good catches possible?

The times i have been to the quaint city of CM i have prohibited fom going fishing as Mrs S would object in the strongest possible terms...with possibility of a worm being used as bait for a spot of duck fishing |
