libtards stay silent? Did I hear the alternative right speak out? Did the U.N. security council get together in an emergency meeting? Protest marches in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin and the Born again Christian Confederation? Anyway "Mr. Khan’s supporters said he was less corrupt than other candidates and that he would work to alleviate poverty and bolster Pakistan’s image on the world stage. But they also praised his embrace of pious Islam." www.nytimes.com/2018/07/23/world/asia/pakistan-election-explainer.html

They had to pass a law that says unless 10% of votes in a comsituency are from women, the result in that seat is invaled.

As The Don says, another shithole country, failed state. OK, so a country has dodgy elections. That's pretty much the pattern in another shithole country, the United States. The current "president" didn't win a majority of the popular vote. There has been rampant redrawing of district boundaries to favour Republicans. Voter registration policies have been designed to make it difficult for poor people from ethnic minorities (more likely to vote Democrat) to vote. The "hanging chad" scandal. Not to mention Russian influence in the last election.

Well, it also took a while before men in the Western World finally accepted that women should be able to freely vote, even vote what they themselves wanted rather than what their husbands expected. When you assume Pakistan is a bit behind you might also want to assume that eventually they get there. BTW keep in mind one of the fundamental human rights: the right to make your own mistakes rather than learn from others

Let's first quote from less Putin directed sites and add a few to show this is not a recent problem. Recent is the wording RT chooses. Quoting a Spanish site linking to the Spanish version, but having a translation which is a bit 'tuned up' The clip you had has just the right images to suggest what Westeners 'know', the ugly darkies, monkeys, a hint of violent cannibals? May be it's time indeed to work on destroying the ISIS and other foolish forces in Northern and Saharan Africa. Pity that the Arab World would object and those nice Muslim Countries like Saudi Arabia are our friends as long as they buy weapons by the tens of billions of dollars. Any initiative to eliminate those terrorists (the ones in Africa I mean) and education, education, education will be a real move forward. Mind you, what with climate change the larger area around the Sahara may soon not be livable. To put a fence around to keep the people in seems a bit barbaric, at least to me as Continental European. We made it, thank the Gods ep01.epimg.net/elpais/imagenes/2018/07/26/inenglish/1532599360_950584_1532600542_sumario_normal_recorte1.jpgThe Spanish sites own English translation, 2018-07-20 "Over 700 migrants make violent border crossing into Ceuta Homemade blow torches and limestone were used to get past officers and into the Spanish enclave in north Africa A group of over 700 undocumented migrants made a coordinated jump over the border fence separating Morocco from the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on Thursday morning, according to Civil Guard figures. The government delegate in Ceuta said that 602 of them made it through to Spanish territory. Migrants used homemade blow torches, quicklime, sticks and sharp objects against the police, in what has been described as one of the largest and most violent border crossings in recent years." elpais.com/elpais/2018/07/26/inenglish/1532599360_950584.htmlFrom the last few years. 2017-02-20 "More Migrants Storm Fence to Enter Ceuta, Spanish Enclave in Africa" www.nytimes.com/2017/02/20/world/europe/ceuta-morocco-border-migrants.html2014-05-28 "400 migrants break through border fence in Spain's African enclave Melilla Autonomous Spanish city, a piece of European territory in north Africa, is becoming popular target for asylum seekers" www.theguardian.com/world/2014/may/28/melilla-spain-morocco-400-migrants-break-fence
