Appalling, isn't it? Google Maps just gave in to some people and instead of real maps, flat maps they'll present a 3D image when you zoom out. Who knows how many billions they spent to try to make Earth as a globe believable. When I try to go round the world with google maps all I get is a blank screen somewhere past Hawaii.
I'm now a lifetime member of the society.

Are you using the Japanese 1941 GPS system, those are all pre-programmed to show directions to Hawaii as default. Its funny you say that cos I keep getting a bubble with "Banzai!" popping up too. |
