Er indoors and I were talking about it over a drink, and we agreed money is the issue there. Eithe the brother wanted to borrow, or she was demanding he pay back what he'd already borrowed. BBC report said the police believe money was the motive. 2 men have confessed, the 3rd arrest may be the Lao man who possibly bought the car without documents.
