Dogs and cats to be registered at 450 Baht, defaulters to pay 25,000Baht. My Mrs said the dumping at Wats down south had already began. The bill does appear a bit steep when in a rich place like Floida it's about 16 USD. The government has been forced to rethink the idea. I told my Mrs yesterday, ignore any kittens dumped near the house. That's how we acquired all of our cats. Graduate vets come around once a year, and provide a free neutering/spaying service. There is no excuse for them to be dumped anywhere.

^^^ now binned I believe, they will be starving in Vietnam tonight, they tell me those black dogs command the highest prices.

Meanwhile my dog is laying next / on my feet. Not really the weather to sit in front of a fireplace with a book, a small taste and a pipe though.
