Did you actually bother reading the article? He was imprisoned for 3 years and fined €3,000. The Finnish judicial system isn't condoning what he did.

In this case "the girl wasn’t forced into the sexual act or overcome by fear" - in other words she was a willing participant, so this wasn't rape.

And there is nothing in the article which suggests that anyone of any other religion would not be treated in the same way under the same circumstances. (Albeit with the caveat that Moslems do seem to be more child rape-y than followers of a decent religion, or of none.)
