I have to say the guy must be a special kind of stupid. You can't get in or out of Ranong without passing a 24/7 manned checkpoint. The police knew he was a Ranong native.

In our secret ballot it was Ayes to the left 487 No's to the right 1. rubl did get all the sausage rolls in the right chamber so don't feel too sorry for him. |
