What do these guys want?

The figures arent exact, but have been rounded up.

Guy buys a condo in Jomtien for 50k peso sterling (4 million baht) 15 years ago.

Sells it today for 3 million baht, and complains he has been ripped off.

I think to myself, todays market is not the same as 15 years ago.

You have lived rent free for 15 years and made a 50% profit (pommie peso terms), what more do you want?
