Another 206 motorcyclists an hour on the road is a scary thought.

i can just imagine the outrage from the two week millionaires, the fabric of Bkk is being ripped out, its being sanitized, getting more and more like the souless state of singapore each day, bring back the noodle stalls, bring back the all night drink carts.
well done the authorities, clean up bkk.

The impression I get when trying to walk, is that the motorcyclists seem to believe pedestrians are the problem.

Too impecunious even for a motorcycle. Of course they're the problem. Do you think a policeman would ever take a pedestrian saying "Do you know who my father is?" seriously? Poor people here are worthless in the eyes of the great and good.

Do I understand correctly that the 206 'criminals' were caught in one hour all at the same location? That would seem a bit odd as news of such police actions tends to spread like a wildfire on various social media sites. Especially motorcy taxis drivers are good at keeping each other informed.
