Wondering what health insurance company people use or recommend in Thailand.
Looking mainly for insurance against high cost situations that would otherwise cripple you financially as opposed to paying for minor procedures.
A bit like this one. The problem I see with that one is that 120k deductible plus you still have to payout 10% of anything on top of that, so for a major problem, you are still looking at 240k or 20% which is a lot of money.
My other main concern is that I won't end up reading/understanding every single word in the document and if there is an issue it will all be for nothing when they point to a technicality that they put in, and speaking to a representative of a company is not going to help because they're salespeople who get paid by convincing people to join rather than being honest or in the interest of the customer.
Any suggestions or recommendations on where to look?

Thanks AvG for the links. Yea I agree that 1.2m doesn't seem enough. On the Aetna site I didn't see a 3+mil baht per incident option that had a high deductible to reduce the yearly cost. 50k/yr is more than I'm happy to pay.
Maybe I need to go see them and have a chat in person to see if they offer that.
