Some here may wonder what Dutch people find important. What bothers us, what are the information clips deemed worthwhile?

Interesting question. In order to answer we first need to establish some reference grid. While what is meant with outside seems clear, it's less so with what is meant with 'inside'. Most likely with 'outside' is meant the side of the paint you see. The 'inside' could be either the area where the paint touches the object to which it is applied, or when regarding the 'layer of paint' as a three dimensional object it could be that part of the 'layer of paint' in-between the visible outside and the outside touching the painted object.

Furthermore after painting and watching it dry be careful when you relax and light up

Technically paint isn't paint at all.

It's just one name assigned to a number of mixed substances.

What colour is it? What kind of 'paint' is it?

Maybe it's Titanium Dioxide suspended in some non volatile compounds.

Paint doesn't dry, the other compounds evaporate leaving a layer of slag behind...

Just gonna throw that out.... (shrugs shoulders and gets on with the beer/alcohol suspension fluid)
