Demand for property funds, REITs on the rise
Suradech Kietthanakorn, managing director of Kasikorn Asset Management, said property funds and infrastructure funds continue to see demand since last year as this asset class offers steady returns.
"Our K-Property fund grew by more than 15 billion baht last year. This is good timing for asset management companies to launch property funds, real estate investment trusts [REITs] or infrastructure funds for customers wanting to avoid high-risk asset class," he said.
