Business had been terrible and was not picking up.
I had to fire somebody and I narrowed it down to one of two people, Debra or Jack.
It was an impossible decision because both were super workers.
Rather than flip a coin, I decided I would fire the first one who used the water cooler the next morning.
Debra came in the next morning with a horrible hangover, after partying all night.
She went to the cooler to take an aspirin.
I approached her and said.
"Debra, I've never done this before, but I have to either lay you or Jack off."
"Could you jack off for now?" she replied. "I feel like shit. If you can wait, I'll do you at lunchtime."
I had to let Jack go.

Not bad for you changers.
BTW, been meaning to ask you, are there still plenty of chinese take-aways and chip shops left or are they all closed down due to home delivery pizzas and the like.

Not bad for you changers. BTW, been meaning to ask you, are there still plenty of chinese take-aways and chip shops left or are they all closed down due to home delivery pizzas and the like. I'm in Lancaster which is only 145,000 people but it's a university town which sees a large Asian contingent every year. Google tells me there are 19 fish and chip shops within three miles of me plus there are 22 Chinese takeaways although Lancaster is probably not typical of the rest of the country. From memory there seems to be chippies everywhere I've visited, oop norf. From Google: "There are currently in the region of 10,500 specialist fish and chip shops in the UK. These dramatically outnumber other fast food outlets: McDonalds has only 1,200 outlets, Kentucky Fried Chicken 840". |

I was the same way. Woke up thinking it is sevenish only to find out it is twoish and there is rgs getting all existential on us. Good job I haven't got a hangover. I'm sure the e word is wrong, no doubt someone will clarify. |
