This wasn't the Rohingya, this was the local people. The refugee camps are about 300 km to the south, and the Rohingya are confined to them.
It's more an expression of how anti-scientific, and generally idiotic, Islam and its adherents are. At least Christian sky wizard believers (with a few weirdo exceptions) accept medical science.

The Rohingya and Bengali languages are related, but mutually unintelligible. The Rohingya are most certainly an ethnic group distinct from the Bengalis. |
