We'll all be aware by now that central government has issued guidelines for businesses to reopen. The anomaly is, its up to local governors to issue orders validating central government advice or adjusting the advice as long as the end result is stricter.
Chiang Mai police informed restaurant owners last night that they can't reopen until the CM governor issues the order. I note several restaurants advertising they will reopen on Sunday in CM, unless there's an order issued today,they are in for a shock.

He's allowed alcohol to be sold, and restaurants to reopen. He left it late in the day to announce that, though.
I note some governors have reimposed an alcohol ban.

How is the exchange rate for the Thai baht to the Euro? Might that be a vexing point for aliens residing in the EU countries, id est Germany perhaps?
