I note some governors have reimposed the alcohol ban, including Buriram, the famed home turf of many of the ladies of Pattaya.
Then on top of that we have the religious holiday on Wednesday. Another dry day.
And............on top of that, wholesalers are struggling to restock. All their stock went out the back door during the closure, wholesale demand is through the roof.
If you were waiting for the initial rush to subside before hitting the shops, don't leave it too long, I reckon it will be a couple of weeks before wholesale stocks are back to normal.
And the more governors introduce localised bans ( which I think are out of order ) the more people will be tempted to clear the shelves again.

1) Dry days when only retailers can sell alcohol don't make much difference.
2) I did not realise that the professional middle classes drank Chang.
