Let us not forget what a monumentally hypocritical and corrupt individual Scotland is. She illegally employed an illegal migrant (breaching rules she herself was responsible for), spent obscene amounts of government (or rather tax payers') money on tarting up her apartment, and illegally awarded contracts to her friends. Quite frankly, she should be locked up in The Tower as a traitor, rather than being allowed to pontificate about race and Empire.

She was elected at the 2015 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and took office on 1 April 2016. She is the first woman to hold the post.[1] A barrister by profession, she was elevated to the House of Lords in 1997 and, as a British Labour Party politician, served in ministerial positions within the UK Government, most notably as the Attorney General for England and Wales and Advocate General for Northern Ireland. Context and history is important. Europe needed a few millennia and lots of wars to get where it is today. Some progress possible with the wealth of others.
Julius Caesar slaughtered a million Celts, enslaved another million and had a go at the Germanic tribes (only 430,000 dead). Hopped over to Britain but didn't do much. Left that to Claudius and a few others a century later. Never mind, none were Rpman or even slightly civilised it is said. Up to a point Africa suffered a similar date but for a longer time. IMHO
