George the Third did some great future planning with his descendants...

Let's just hope that the Royal mulatto hasn't inherited King George III's "madness" gene.
That said, having such a gene didn't stop Trump from becoming President.

Ronnie the mod thinks that someone's sexuality is irrelevant and should not be mentioned, I would have thought skin colour would be regarded the same.

(1) The previous posting by Siampolee, which you "liked", is an image which is based upon the Queen's alleged dislike of Negros. I find it profoundly distasteful, if not offensive. Just wondering why you liked it. (2) The term "mulatto" has nothing to do with skin colour, but with heritage. It's no different from describing someone as "Anglo-India" or "French-Australian".

(1) wrong, it is meant ironically.
(2) wrong again, read the Oxford English Dictionary definition.

(2) wrong again, read the Oxford English Dictionary definition. I don't have access to the OED, but the Oxford Learners Dictionary defines it thus: "a person with one black parent and one white parent". So, as I wrote, nothing to do with skin colour, but with heritage.

So what might be the "heritage" of a homosexual person?

Wishful thinking... I'm finding this both funny and offensive on so many levels. Thumbs up.

So, as I wrote, nothing to do with skin colour, but with heritage. I cannot believe that you believe what you are saying. Anybody with one black parent will 99%+ have non-white skin. And there is such a thing as context. As you very well know. It is in no way similar to describing someone as Anglo-Indian (I have even corrected it for you) or whatever, you are just playing the fool. I am sure Irish Americans would be thrilled to be described as mulatto.

What with all the interesting information and nice discussions here I've started to watch "Bernard, Rascal of Orange" and "Beatrix, Orange under Fire" again. Both were broadcasted on Dutch television in 2010 and 2012 respectively. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernhard,_schavuit_van_Oranje nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beatrix,_Oranje_onder_vuur (Dutch, no English page) Always nice the scene with Beatrix letting herself in into her sons apartment, sitting down at the table and seeing behind her a naked girl coming out of son's bedroom walking to the kitchen.
