Now let's start with saying I don't want to see any of those ridiculous personal attacks I've had in the past. Grow up!.
Now for my better understanding of the English language, when someone says "unacceptable and disproportionate" doesn't he contradict himself? Isn't it either unacceptable and therefore a further classification is superfluous, or it's disproportionate as in 'overdone' but otherwise acceptable or understandable? To be unacceptable because is disproportional suggests it could be acceptable otherwise. Am I misunderstanding ?
BTW, and excuses for this remark, but doesn't this issue come up just in time for the May 6th elections, BoJo's chance to be Churchillian again? IMHO, just wondering.
