Drinking, promoting or advertising alcohol is forbidden in IslamCan anyone please point to whatever verse in the koran that mentions promoting or advertising alcohol and why it is forbidden. Please tell me why I can go to my local 7 and the young muslim girl behind the counter has no problem selling me alcohol, I can to my local Tesco and the young muslim girl on the checkout has no problem ringing up my bacon or ham. I know footballers arent the sharpest tools in the box, maybe time for the likes of pogba and these other devout muslims to consider another career if it offends their religious beliefs, not so devout as to turn down the money from sponsors such as heinieken etc for playing in the champions league is he. The stench of hypocrisy is overwhelming, maybe the muslim proteseth too much.

Did you have a bad day today? Selling you alcohol and some bacon is your problem, you infidel  BTW amongst Christians the number of hypocrites is probably just as high although the US of A seems to have more than their fair share of them. |

A religion that makes women property for their whole lives is a problem. A religion that reveres a child rapist and mass murderer and expects its followers to follow his example is a problem. A religion that stones people to death or throws them from high buildings because they don't completely follow the religion's petty strictures is a problem. A religion that is determined to spread, forcing its odious beliefs on others under threat of death is a problem. I could go on (and usually do), but I think you get the idea. |
