To be fair, some of the ideas make sense.

Mind you, a lot has been tried before but in most cases it was forgotten that humans were involved too, not just robots. Change in attitude, mindset and acceptance of change however meaning- and helpful just takes time and needs more than just a management decision "from now on ...".
