Interesting how the agressor comes with the most ridiculous demands. Reminds me of terrorists who hold hostages and say "If you don't do what we say we have to kill the hostages and it will be your fault". "OneWeb’s internet satellites caught in UK-Russia standoff days before launch Russian space agency Roscosmos is refusing to launch the next batch of 36 OneWeb internet satellites unless the company meets the state agency’s demands. OneWeb’s mission was scheduled to liftoff on a Russian-built Soyuz rocket on March 4 from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Roscosmos is demanding that the U.K. government sell its stake in OneWeb and that the company guarantee that the satellites will not be used for military purposes. U.K. Business and Energy Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng said in a statement that there is “no negotiation” with Roscosmos about OneWeb and that the government “is not selling its share.”" www.cnbc.com/2022/03/02/russias-roscosmos-refusing-to-launch-oneweb-internet-satellites.html

This shouldn't come as a surprise as around 26th of Feb we already had:
"Roscosmos 26. Februar um 21:45 · Roskosmos decided to evacuate specialists from the enterprises of the Russian rocket and space industry from the Guiana Space Center so that they would not become hostages of sanctions against Russia. This was announced on Saturday on the air of the YouTube channel "Soloviev Live" by the head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin.
💬 “Today I decided to recall about 90 of our specialists from the (cosmodrome) Kourou from French Guiana. People are curtailing their work now, leaving three rockets (Soyuz-ST) that have already been paid for, three upper stages (Fregat). Under the sanctions that have been announced against the Progress RCC, we simply cannot leave our specialists as hostages,” he said.
According to him, first of all, the European side will suffer from these sanctions, because there are no other missiles, except for Soyuz-ST, for launching European navigation satellites Galileo from the GCC at the disposal of the European Union.
💬 “Their Ariane-6 rocket, which will replace it, will appear in two or three years,” Dmitry Rogozin explained.
He noted that the European side has two options - either pay and go to other launch service providers, or, more seriously and reliably, stay on Soyuz-ST, providing Roscosmos with the necessary written guarantees to disavow sanctions against State Corporation enterprises " Roskosmos."
