In other news Russia's Black Sea Flag Ship The Moskva is now providing refuge to marine life after an armaments explosion on board. The oceans need more artificial reefs, especially Ruskie ones. The Black Sea can hardly be called an ocean but the Ukraine government seems to have picked up on the idea proposed. Mind you, rather than 'cultural heritage' one might call it the site of a " Special Military Operation War Grave' as up to 200 sailors might be missing.
