Since we seem to be in the mood, here a nice auto translate about the ferry crossing Chedi-Paknam being stopped for a moment because ... ... the water is very dry!  Both FB and google translate give the same. สาเหตุเนื่องจากน้ำแห้งมาก The reason is because the water is very dry. Effing Thai water, can't these gits get anything right. Well, other than relatively good quality, available ladies at affordable prices. So some lad in the bar says anyway. |

Can you get it at the chemist next to the market ?? No need you can grow your own and the government has even had a few plant giveaways. Only for relief of that slight ache in the left big toe. |

Have just had to correct an English teacher (former lorry driver) using of instead of off. It occurred to me that the "could of" and "should of" merchants never get it wrong. Funny that. I preferred Ronnie when he was quiet. Is ie correct or should it be y.? It's this waking up early with no hangover, very confusing. Being Dutch I have no problem with 'Ronnie'. Somehow you never see it as 'Ronni' although there's 'Rudi'. Probably some ancient Saxon or Germanic language rule. BTW since we're at it, just saw in the Guardian "Why are criminal barristers in England and Wales striking" Shouldn't that be a question as to why criminal barristers are not being prosecuted? After all, we normal citizens can hardly afford to be criminal  Most people when theyare on srike go to the bar. Barristers who are on strike stay away from the Bar. |

There is something to be said for a contemplative pint at the Horseshoe at lunchtime....sat at the bar enjoying that crispy pastry and delicious beans all washed down with a pint of IPA. You can keep your sushi bars and sukiyaki lukey! |
