I fear that the chances of rescue and survival are basically non-existent.
It's an alien world for us humans in the ocean and the kingdom of Poseidon/Neptune: Master of the Oceans. I had an RN test for a submariner when I first joined the Royal Navy due in part to having two uncles who were submarine commanders.
Not my idea of fun, I preferred to be on the ocean as opposed to being in it, at least on the ocean you have a chance of survival albeit a small chance.,

Speaking on Good Morning Britain an expert said that if the submarine has gone down as far as the Titanic, there will only be a one percent chance of the submarine being found. "The margins of success are very slim indeed," the expert insisted. "It will likely be a one percent chance of rescue with them being found safe," he added.

According to the experts the oxygen has run out. However, said experts also state that if people have lower body temperatures and are inactive there is a possibility that there may be a small amount of oxygen left. However, if the submersible is located there is no way to access those inside to supply oxygen and medical treatment until the submersible is out of the water this being due to the fact the securing bolts on the access hatch are only accessible from the outside of the submersible. Methinks that any possibility of anyone surviving is a no-go, In a bizarre twist of circumstances, some of those trapped are descendants of a couple who went down with The Titanic. They've found a debris field with confirmed bits and pieces from the Titan.
I was wondering how they managed to bolt the electric motors on the outside but the battery pack on the inside with seals that can handle 6000psi.

There was an interview on the radio this morning with some professor. They asked him if the bodies would be recovered.
He was "what do you think 6000psi would do to a bag of meat"

The whole tragedy has a bizarre twist to it due to the wife of Stockton Rush's ancestral connections to two of those who died in the Titanic disaster...
Common sense should tell us we are not welcome or even adapted to survive in the kingdom of Poseidon. On Terra Firma, we are on top of the food chain. Not so in the kingdom of Poseidon, where we are at the bottom of the food chain.

Apparently a whistleblower was fired because he revealed the windows window glass wasn't capable of withstanding the pressure of that depth.
