The Palestinians, Taliban et al will not be impressed to see who is top this morning. There'll be a bit of grumpiness at the mosque.
But with this and the unmentionables being top in Scotland, one on here will be feeling a bit smug.

Speaking of the Premier, I see that Arsenal beat Chelsea by the odd goal last night.
Pity that it didn't happen in the late nineties early noughties in my Dog's Bollocks days.
Would have brought about a quiet and introspective couple of days amongst some core regulars.

Effing ManU, yes they win 4-2.
But at home they give 2 goals away to the team with the lowest number of goals scored in the Premier. And go behind twice.
And er, the team with the second lowest number of goals in the Premier put two past Liverpool and give none away. Just saying like. Every dog has it's day as someone said.

Well, rumour has it Liverpool has asked a trainer from across the waters to help it bring some glorious results. Mind you the chap at ManU seems less of a savior.  |
