I think that in truth the Thai Tax Revenue dept haven't a clue as to what to do.

They can't tax their own citizen, let alone trying to ''extort tax payments from non Thais.

Will the income received say, from Bavarian tourist be taxed or will that class of resident and the income be exempt from the rapacious greedy grasping hands of the T.R.D.

For the simple foreign workers and pensioners here there may be a lot more paperwork required in order to get non-B or non-O. For non-B I already need a certified copy of my PIT-91 (23 Baht at the Rev. Dept on the BKK-Nonthaburi Rd.). No idea if that's the same (yet) for non-O.
