One case where the other forum excels because of Sherryl. You will get a proper answer there. I am pretty sure that Pseudoephedrine is illegal here. Check first cell floors are supposed to be hard.

Pseudoephedrine you need a prescription for so would need to visit a legit medical practice or hospital. As me says any pharmacy selling it without a prescription would be doing so illegally.
Boots and P&F are the main pharmacy chains I use in Bangkok, and occasionally Watsons. You tend to pay more at Boots but there's a trust factor.

Amitriptyline (the generic name for Elavil) should be available at any large pharmacy (i.e. one with a grade one pharmacist on the premises at all times). There are a number of local brands. Probably cheapest is Amitriptyline GPO (i.e. made by the Government Pharmaceutical Organisation). No prescription required.
If you have problems finding it, try the large pharmacies near the hospital at Victory Monument, or for that matter, any large pharmacy near a hospital.
