Well for me the base of all good food is butter soooooo I make my own.

Easy peasy, just whip cream (35% stuff) until it's solid (about 10 minutes) using a cake mixer - the fat solidifies and the leftover butter milk is great in coffee.

Salt the butter and it's like the stuff we grew up with.

With fresh butter the world is mine.
