This made me think of the religious nut job in Mississippi.

He was naked on the highway. (Apparently that's how Allah requires him to pray.) He got into a brawl with two sheriff's deputies. Threatened to explode a (non-existent) bomb in his car. When he was taken to hospital he threatened to kill everyone there who wasn't a Moslem.

Definitely one surah short of a Koran.
