there have been quite a few incidents round the world where the cabin crew have declared security scares and after initially reacting the authorities have declined to prosecute or as in the Ryanair incident caused the airline considerable delays. i do get the feeling that the authorities are a bit sick of cleaning up after poor customer relations actions by airline staff.
one day the customer may be a customer again.
