I don’t think I’ve ever taken anyone out to impress them. But I will try to take my dates to nice places most of the time for a meal. It’s not really for them, although I do hope they enjoy it. I just enjoy eating good food when I go out. Every meal eaten together with this girlfriend have be pleasurable.

A few things. I eat to survive and don’t survive to eat. I eat at home most of the time (with girlfriends). And the girlfriend is a wonderful (thai) cook and enjoys taking pictures of the meals she eats.

Recently we were in Peru for a few weeks and when we arrived in Lima one of the guides told us about a nice restaurant we should visit if we had the opportunity.

Internet luck. Before visiting New Orleans I checked on some restaurants to take the girlfriend to. I wanted her to taste real Cajun/Creole food. Not to impress her but to let her taste what it was like.

She’s Thai and has eaten many types of prepared duck in Thailand, but said the duck she ate here was the best she had ever tasted. Her duck is in the bottom right of the picture above.
