Term is almost out and I want to hit the road. My head is a mess of travel ideas, though. Thinking of touring around up north as aside from Chiang Mai I have seen very little of this part of Thailand. Any recommendations? I'd like to do some decent hiking and perhaps find some hot springs if such a thing exists. Not really fussed about wild nightlife. Been there, done that.

I have a guide to Chiang Rai and Northern Thailand - I'll pm it to you when I get to my other laptop.
