A pestle and mortar, do you have one? You can knock up a good curry if as you said find the ingredients. Approach local Indian places to find out their suppliers.
Fail that and there is always the bottled brands, but the secret is the time. A good curry is always better the next day.

Honestly, KF fcvkin C is like the highlight of cuisine here. The rest looks like something out of Starship Troopers. Apparently there's an Indian restaurant in Roi-Et now, somewhere, fcvk knows where. I think I can get most of the spices and powders from Tesco and Makro, maybe.

Any and every time we head upcountry I always make sure to do a pre flight check of the car, that includes making sure the dry rations pack is well stocked with Yam Yam and Wai Wai dry noodles, yes every so often even I have to resort to pikey rations. Pla ra for brekkie, no thanks, would rather eat grass.

I have a source of Marmite and Earl Gray now. Also muesli, which the kids love and I can't have because of the sugar content. I've been drinking liquidized bamboo grass.

I'm out of line but I'd get out of there Dash. Health first. Don't compromise on that. My dad died of complications from diabetes and the latter stages were frightening.
He also liked a drink. Always was a fighter but it was a struggle as he went to docs, was on new medicines, trial medication.
In a western country.
Just be well.

If you get real desperate they probably have some frozen Waitrose cardboard in the freezer too.

Hysterically, yes, battered old cartons of Waitrose Essential fish fingers at a brutal price, probably rotted by the looks of the things. I AM DESPERATE FOR A KING PRAWN BHUNA WITH VEGETABLE FRIED RICE AND A KEEMA NAN!!!
