I use 4 lemons, juiced Dried oregano, say 4 tablespoons Crushed garlic, 4 cloves And olive oil.
Put in a bowl and mix well.
Then cut a fresh lemon in half. Stab with a fork to use as a brush. Brush the selected meat while cooking.
Pour some mix in a separate bowl to use as a final coat when meats cooked.
That's a tasty Greek marinade and easy!

Here are two others you can use, Pepsi and Sprite, yes I shyt you not.
Learned about those in the Phillipines, where they eat such crap food, the locals use these to tendurise the crap meat.
Our resident culinary expert can explain better than I.

I've seen Jamie Oliver pour a can of coke in with a Xmas ham to cook. Looked good enough to eat.
How about beer can chicken? You stand the chicken up and put a full opened can of beer up its bum. Then cook.

Here's a marinade I made for our barbecue lunch today.
Rib eye steaks
Garlic, red wine, sea salt and cracked pepper, rosemary and thyme, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Overnight then on the BBQ.
