I usually fall asleep before I get the chance to drink enough to get that way in the morning. Very rarely I drink anything other than beer...wine only if its a very nice drop. Spirits almost never. Same here. Love a beer, not big on the rest. My doctor, years back, prescribed Thiamine , vitamin B1, I take it every day. Works for me so far. pubs.niaaa.nih.gov/publications/arh27-2/134-142.htm |

I'm in Australia. Here if it's citizens feel like a beer, we have a beer. And we don't enforce religious beliefs on others. |

Complex B group is what you need not just Thiamine. Thiamine here is used by all the Cantonese A-cuppers to get bigger boobies. Packaged and sold under various brand names. Whether this works or not I have no idea. Not saying buhi has manboobs  . |

Nothing during the week in term time. I enjoy a few beers with dinner on weekends. Nothing crazy but more than most docs would recommend. Used to be into the warehouse party scene in London and a partied pretty hard. Thailand chilled me out and toned my antics down a lot. A few friends back home are paying for it with health issues now. Glad I reigned it in when I did.
